We could rent it out for 40 to 60 grand a week.
10 bedrooms would sleep 20 people. 2 to 3 grand for a week at your own private race track would be a bargain.

Who would even think to buy this house? I would rather just buy land and build brand new custom house for $4 million. Land for <$1 Million in Abby would still get me at least a few acres, and then custom a house for <$3 Million.
BTW, 30min drive to Vancouver? You think you're a stone cutter or something OP?

30 minutes from this place to Vancouver is very doable, especially with all the new Hwy1 upgrades now in place.
I used to drive by this place all the time on my way to Mission Raceway. Looked like it was constantly under construction by all the crap that was always outside in the front lawn. Oh, and if I remember correctly, there's also an underground tunnel that leads from the house down to the pool.
Still wouldn't buy it, though.

Every property in S Surrey / White Rock has pretty much doubled or better in value in the same timeframe. I know someone who purchased in 2004 for 350k, her latest assessment was 910k and she hasn't done any renos or anything...
