EDIT:
I understand the two biggest downside on this car is the rebuilt status and the high mileage. But in certain cases a rebuilt status is preferable as it is cheaper, and for JDM vehicles we usually end of modifying it anyways. As for the high mileage is only because typically it has a higher tendency to have problems. Since it was rebuilt recently, you can be sure everything is in perfect working condition not too long ago. In addition to that, newer cars from 2008 isn't that old, and plus its a Honda. The only 8th gen Civic Si i found are almost all coupes, and are all around the $12-13k range. So if you are actually interested in this car, I hope you will wait until you see the car in person before you make any assumptions. Its a great car to drive in everyway: awesome toy regardless if you plan to mod it, as a family car, winter car, or DD, perfect for whatever you need.
I am also very open to trade offers, so just let me know what you have.
***There has been some extra curbage on the rims after these pics were taken, and it has been reflected in the price***
