Men's Haircut
Anyone have any good recommendations for getting a men's haircut in Richmond that is $20 or less?
Also, if you have a preferred hairstylist on your recommendation please state name.

across from public market. behind richmond price smart, beside Bonsai sushi
13 dollars + 2 dollar tip
15?
they husband and wife are hip... so they know what hair cut u want or what's i style
instead of some old guy who can't do funky styles.
