I really like the summerhill merlot I paid $188/bottle for mine
But there was another one that they had at the winery for around 80 that's also very good. Not as much depth in the flavor as the 188 bottle but still a good wine taste to it.
Some of the cheap ice wine just taste like sugar water.
Summerhill has online shopping and they ship too

I've never had a bad experience with Inniskillin Vidal ice wines. They've won awards and set you back around $55 for a bottle.

Inniskillin wines are available at BC liquor stores though. I bought a few bottles years ago. Is it not there anymore?

That's what you'll want to do then.
The Inniskillin are a great value. They combine good flavor with cost effective pricing.
If you want something a little different, try a Domaine Pinnacle Iced apple cider.
I polished off a bottle myself at my birthday last year.
Like a boss.
