Does a 90 Day IRP restrict a person from entering the US?
For travelling to the USA by air or by vehicle, does a prior 90 Day Immediate Roadside Prohibition disqualify a person from entering the USA?
Or are 90 day IRP's seen as administrative and not criminal, since it's only something seen on an ICBC drivers abstract?
The person in question never was charged in court, never went to court, but just received a 90 Day IRP, and that is the only thing listed on the drivers abstract. This occurred over 5 years ago.
Thank you.

As far as I know only a criminal record would restrict access to the states. A 90 day IRP is like having a speeding ticket.. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
Source: I've had a 90 day IRP due to my dumbass earlier days. I go everywhere fine.

No it shouldn't as it's administrative/icbc only. The US wouldn't even know unless you were prohibited or unlicensed at the time you were trying to drive across
