newish tire leaking air?
I put in a new set of tires 2-3 months ago.
(continental extremecontact sport)
1 of the rear tires keep losing air last few weeks... It used to be 5-10psi in 1 weeks. now it is 10psi everyday, and I have to pump it every night. (I pump to 40psi and tomorrow it will go down to ~30psi)
I check thru the whole tires and can't find any damage, nails or punctures on it.
Anyone idea on cause or how to fix?
Edit: Oops...wrong forum. I think this should be in the auto section

Could be a leaking valve, squirt some soapy water onto the valve and see if you get bubbles.

I would just take it to a tire shop and get them to inspect it (or the place you bought it from if it is local). They will typically do it for free and you will know for sure what the issue is. Hard for anyone online to diagnose something of this nature.

okay, I'll stop it.
Nobody's posting in the jokes thread so I thought of lightening up the mood around here. See, that didn't rhyme. I'm healed! Like my buddy kept telling me.... "You're such a card. You need to be dealt with."

What car? Two causes of leaking tires with no punctures is
- tpms sensor leaking. Replace service pack with every tire change (though lots of people choose to not spend the $4 and it ends up leaking)
- bead leak. The rim and tire bead can get dirty or corroded and it makes tiny gaps that can cause air escaping. Take tire off and clean rim with wire brush, sometimes paint on a tire bead sealer on the rim prior to tire install

^ to add I've also seen bent rims and hairline cracks in the rim barrel also leak. I would reccomended soapy water and a spray bottle rather than doing a visual check alone on the suspected wheel
