Fulgor Milano Appliances
Hey guys, I need your feedback on Fulgor Milano.
I am looking at the Fulgor Milano Sophia 36" Range and Hoodfan.
Initially I was interested in the Kitchenaid 36" dual range, but someone recommended the Fulgor Sophia pure gas range an a better altrenative.
I have tried to read up on it but there is not much out there, it is an Italian range, I have read it is a great range just not very popular in NA yet.
Any thoughts?

My countertop gas range and convection oven are Fulgor Milano. They were the original appliances for my condo (~1.75 years old).
In the time I've had them I have no complaints. I use the range almost every day without any issues or complaints. My oven gets about 2-4 times a week usage and I have a few more complaints but mostly UI-related:
1. The way to set the clock is asinine. I have to press a button, then press another to change time. I can hold it down to make it faster but this makes DLS twice a year a pain in the ass
2. There's no chime when the oven is at temp. This I found was really weird.
Other than that, no issues at all.

Thank you m3thods for the feedback, how do you find the oven temp and how fast does it get to temp?
The range and hood look amazing, but for that kind of money I am hoping it is a solid reliable unit.
I wonder how it is for servicing and parts...

All servicing seems to point to the retailer (Trail Appliances) in my case.
In terms of your questions:
Oven temp (since it's a convection unit) seems to run hotter than a conventional oven. I've had to lower the temps in recipes especially for baking. For protein I don't bother. I have no idea how fast it gets to temp because it doesn't notify me that I'm at temp.

Trail actually is pretty good service. Move in to my new apartment in July never tested the Oven till 2 weeks ago and notice I can't turn it on. Call them for service and they send a guy out less than 3 days. It fix pretty quick.
