Vancouver bike thief
watch out for this guy...he was casually trying to remove the bolts of the bike rack so he can take off with the bike.
my coworker just began to film it and he didn't even react, we called the cops...actual bike owner showed up and said WTF...this dude took off.

Looks like a 1970s folding bike. My grandma has a similar one. Haha the way the guy is talking to himself I’m thinking he has some mental instability. Drugs related or not...
