Drugs are much more prevalent than one would expect in todays society. I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was going through a drug psychosis.

1 - buy giant truck because you can't buy them in China (empty truck bed)
2 - neglect to learn how to drive truck because who cares
3 - think truck is a tank and can roll over any shit.. disillusioned once stopped by a measly yellow pole
4 - does not understand why everyone is yelling at him and proceeded to go home to Richmond
5 - cops show up and gives him suspension and tow his car. Still doesn't know what's going on
6 - probably thinks truck is gone and will go to nearest ram dealer to buy bigger truck

Working at an auto repair shop, it's weird as hell when a mainland FOB rolls up in a fully loaded Harley Davidson F150, blasting country music, at the same time, he can barely speak a lick of English and wants his tire repaired at this instant
