gotta get this thread back up top... come on people give some updates/discussion.

my news:

-head is at the machine shop, getting resurface, valve seals, EGR plugged, cleaning, and inspection. he said it looks good, so hopefully i wont need a valve grind.
-i also picked up the colormatched paint for my mouldings and tails, and after payday im goin to get some paint for the wheels. since im stuck with ugly stockers until i can save some money up, im painting them gunmetal
-the CF lip is paid for and hopefully will arrive soon.
-now that i have the swaybars, i just need a decent day to put them and the new springs on...

Ryan or Bob: how much to put the engine back together?

Happy TurkeyDay boys and girls.

haha, Don't worry Matt. I've had my car for around 2 years now and my mod list consists of nothing but an exhaust. And that was only within the past few weeks, well and a second engine I suppose, lol.

You always have plans, but something else seems to come up always at the wrong moment.

i hope not... check your ECU codes. see if the knock sensor is going off. i've heard a few knocks around my engine bay that sounded bad at first, but ended up just being loose piping/bolts/etc.

my aeromotice AFRP has like 3 inputs. i dont know what ryan is using. i just have one port blocked off. the blocked could be used for future NAWZZZZZZ use.

if you just want it for the gauge, i say ditch the gauge. i mean how often do you really need to monitor fuel pressure? from my 2+ year experience, it is basically never, asside from tuning a base level for idle. just pickup a autometer $15 fuel guage to bolt into the AFPR and let er rip, the interior gauge is a waste of $$$ IMO
