that was miss under standing yes there is one there but it don't just turn off the oil it just doe snot let it flow as much when the car is cold and is fully open at full thottel most of every car wiht oil cooler has one so the oil does not get over cooled

teh nas oil pump are diffent then the turbo oil pump as well they push less psi then the turbo one i beleav as well so that why they do have relivfe vavle

i whoudl double cheak but i am certon of it

well, according to many knowledgable supra owners, using the NA filter mount is fine provided you use a thermostat to control oil flow to the oil cooler.

Oh, and Matt, don't worry bro - that's exactly where I was until about 2 months ago - except completey stock with a spun rod... no suspension, no intake.

So I can't really laugh, you are ahead of where I was for about 2 years. Hope you don't decide to sell the supra, I'd say it's the perfect chance to swap in a turbo motor!

keep it! it should last awhile like that if you be nice to it.

definetaly keep in mind how much money you'll lose if you sell it without a working engine. its just not worth it

cheapo quickly made sigs for ryan and toby... just ideas, but use em if you want guys hehe



two diff ones for ryan because i dont like either one of them.

and i cheaked on the oil pump na's have lower oil persure since they don't have cooler

so up it all you want i not i going to keep it stock just like toyota wants it to be

plus my cank oil hole have bean drilled a tiny bit bigger so that more then eghough for me

these are the bad things of rasie persure

chance of washing you baring's

burn more oil

vavle cover's will leak faster then befor stock turbo oil control is not ment to have that much pusre so they will blew easy


there to many if's for me to try it plus lost of peoepl told me not to and not just on supra's
