Great cinematography, brilliant editing, good acting. It's nice to see a movie about a near-forgotten period of F1 racing. Glad that they kept it pretty damn accurate as well, right up to the 6-wheeled Tyrrell P34.

12 years a slave 8/10

not released in theaters yet, but you can find a screener copy if you know where to look. there are some sensational performances in this movie and when oscars time comes around this will be near the top. but this is movie is just too damn depressing, once it ended i was left speechless.

it's been in theaters for a couple months now; i think it might only be playing at international village now because it's on the way out. i saw it some time in november and would give it at 8.5

The first 30 minutes sets one hell of a tone for the rest of the movie.

Spoiler!

Wolf of Wall Street 8.9/10. Great movie, but I think I went in with too high of an expectation, or else I would have gave it 9+ for sure.

I would also recommend watching Boiler Room (Similar plot, but is better at explaining how exactly they were making money).

Secret Life of Walter Mitty - 8.9/10

I was a little apprehensive at first due to the mixed reviews but wow one of my favorite movies of 2013. Loved it. Thought it actually could have benefited from another 30 min.

Wolf of Wall Street - 8/10

Such a solid performance from Leo and Jonah. I was surprised at how well they adapted it for film. A few changes here and there, but overall, pretty awesome.
