for me:

Alien: Covenant: 2/10. what a piece of garbage
Wonder Woman: 7/10. best dc movie to date, which isn't saying much. still nowhere near marvel quality.

if youre a big fan of spiderman you may be disappointed with a couple of things spoiler contains a couple things that dont come up in the movie but may spoil the movie for you if you know? i dunno lol

The Fate of the Furious: 3/10

Might as well get Michael Bay to direct the next one if this is the garbage they are going to put out.

Despicable Me 3 ... 8/10.
Surprisingly good, witty, and fun. It's a smart movie, they know that this kind of movie usually brings an adult and a child so there are some witty plot lines for the parent (80'ish stuff) and some for the the kid. Find a niece or nephew to go with, you'll enjoy it. Go on Tues of course.

War for the Planet of Apes... I walked out of the movie. I wasn't the only one because I noticed several people get up to go to the washroom (or so i thought) but they never returned

Care to elaborate? I think we have mirrored tastes in movies so I might like it, despite not liking the previous ones

Damn!! Now that's saying something. I'd like to hear more as well. The first one was great but Dawn was just average. I had fairly high hopes for this finale.

Exactly. Franko's one was really good; great flow, story and development.
2nd one carried well, a bit more like war war war etc. Some tension between the 2 species... I was hoping at least this would be at least pretty good.

You sir clearly did not watch Deuces Wild in the theatre. Lol, not sure what I was thinking when I decided to go see this but I got up and left.

Deuces Wild (2002) - IMDb

Superman Returns I would have left but I went with someone and he drove.

I enjoyed Spiderman much more than Strange.

Keaton played a good baddie and I thought this version of Spiderman was much more truer to the comic version. Holland did a great job portraying a high school student trying to balance life between school, personal, and being a superhero

9/10

Good acting, good story, and good action scenes.

Kong Skull Island 4/10

Usually when people say "it's just a dumb action movie, turn off your brain and enjoy it" it ends up being "just a dumb movie". But actually this was quite enjoyable. It was funny in a non-intentional way, the over the top CG was acceptable, and it was a fine B movie.

I didn't like the fact that they made Peter Parker so reliant on Tony Stark's tech. Peter Parker is an extremely smart guy himself, and there was no "spider sense" referenced at all in the movie.

Spiderman Homecoming - 9/10

Heck of a lot better than my expectations. But then after the last reboot, my expectations were pretty damn low.
Kinda reminscent of Deadpool...in teenage PG.

Aunt May tho.

LOL i rate things like Transformers and The Mummy and Fast and Furious differently than I do something like The Godfather

a 6/10 for a silly action movie isnt exactly the same as a 6/10 for a drama/documentary etc lol

For Apes, its just that it was very very slow and when something happened it seemed kind of corny like they were forcing you to go "omg this is a sad/amazing moment" but why is it? you didnt get that proper build-up which would give you an emotional attachment to characters or situations and that first hour was dragging so much i just decided "forget this"

the first apes in the latest trilogy was my fav, the 2nd wasnt bad pretty good even, the 3rd is like wtf???
