Mark and Van Gundy mixes well together IMO haha.. some brilliant comments and some that makes you shake your head. Did Jeff Van gundy say he won't coach again or just nobody would hire him?

I think the Raptors should take him

But I like Mark Jackson's 2 quotes when he says it.

Kobe = " Mama, there goes that man..."
For ppl guarding Kobe or any star = " You know the rules... Hand down...MAN DOWN"

Classic!

+1

I think we all saw a blowout coming in game 6.

We didn't see Ron Artest going 3-6 from beyond the arc though.

I said Lakers would win the next two after game 5, and if Pierce doesn't step up Thursday, they done.

^omg serious?

now this game on paper looks pretty lopsided

anyways, Gasol better be argessive on the board. Just because perkins is out does not mean he can go easy

who wins the board for game 7 wins it. and LA has the upper hand come thrusday

I mean, I don't like to see ppl get injured but c'monnnn now. any reports on him though?

Great effort by the whole team though! and I'm not a huge Jeff Van Gundy fan but he nailed it when ppl were bashing kobe for not trusting his team. (if u guys heard it)
Its not that I dont feel bad for Bynum, I really do. But he gets hurt every year, and you just kinda get used to it.

Difference about Perkins getting hurt right now? hes not going to play in game 7, which makes a lot of difference. Why? his presence is not there, but Bynum is going to be.

Boston losing Perkins is like losing half of their interior defense. His stats are useless, but for everyone who watches the boston play, his presence makes it hard for LA guards to attack and makes it even harder for the lakers front line to rebound. ( look at game 6, how easy LA rebounded the ball) NOW heading into game 7 Gasol / Bynum has a good - great advantage over the Bostons front line. Not only that, but you are going to have guards driving to the paint easily.

Now Im not complaining I that Boston losing perkins is a bad thing. I WANT THE LAKERS TO WIN. However, I want them to win with both teams at even strength. - which means I rather have perkins playing with his bad leg and then get beat down.

feels much more better

$20 Wallace will get his technical foul because it doesn't matter any more.
$10 Garnett is going to snap if he plays poorly or if they are losing more than 10 points.

I hope LA is going to win, but I have a feeling that the big 3 is going to light it up and Lakers will need to work harrrrrrd.

Game Changes Album Release Date for Kobe Bryant

Quote:
Hip-hop and the NBA share a number of ties; one most recently involves Kobe Bryant and Game's release date for his latest project 'The R.E.D Album.' According to the Compton rapper, the Lakers superstar is the reason he's decided to change the release date of his new album.

Caught up in the hype of the NBA finals, Game took to his Twitter account yesterday (June 15) to explain his decision. "I pushed my album back so it would land on Kobe's #'s...8 & 24 n it's year 10' n that was his Olympic #. R.E.D. In stores 8-24-10 ! #KOBE," he wrote.

'The R.E.D. Album''s most recent release date was July 6, but will now be released on August 24. The album has been pushed back several times since its original release date that was set for last fall.
