Krill oil is good shit, but expensive. Salmon oil is good, but the omega 3 concentration is very low already. Fish oil is the sweet spot. for a high dose of DHA a day, with a good concentrate you are looking at 4-6 caps a day (with non concentrate, more like 12-13). With salmon oil it's up in the 20 cap a day range to reach the theraputic dose.

One of the reps on bb.com said that the latest test they would have done wouldnt even be getting sold yet.
They just buy the protein in containers and then throw their own labels on. By the time it gets shipped out and makes it from distributors to stores and then sold its a good 6 months.

It's very closely related to 1,3d. Basically they are all "pre" amphetamines. They break down in your body into amphetamines - usually they get 'eaten' too fast to be effective, but the one used in Craze is broken down slowly enough that it gives an amphetamine like effect.

thing is though, if it was amphetamines i'd probably have trouble sleeping which i don't, when i took 2 scoops i felt fine except heart rate is way higher

Really? I read some reviews on BB.com from product testers and the conclusion was 2 scoops to be ideal. When they lowered it back down (as one guy did from 2 scoops to 1 1/2) the focus and energy went down a bit.. hmm.. I will finish the bottle though and try it out!

I love craze. I don't get a hyper feeling like with 1MR, or razor, but the focus is intense. One scoop only.
With other pwo, once the jittery feeling is gone after 30 min or so, that's it, gg. Craze, however, keeps me focused till I run out of time for my workout.

@evo08 - I guess my body cant handle PWOs. That's crazy that 2 scoops didn't do much. My angus would've been peppered for a strong crash.
