I been watching you tube fitness related videos for years and years now, and I can probably count on one hand the amount of times a big brand name company released a test results like this on their product. And he's doing this on a regular basis.

Dude it's the same shit. Instead of "bullshit marketing" he's using "anti bullshit marketing marketing". It's still marketing

I get what you're saying, but I just don't know what more can you do aside from constantly doing lab tests on your product to show how pure the ingredients are. If you aren't getting people's attention doing that, then what more can you do. Besides it's a helluva lot better than paying athlete A and B to put their faces on your tub of whatever and selling it just by that...

I think too many people are caught up in buying what their favorite athlete is sponsoring, funny thing is chances are very high those dudes don't even take most if any of the shit that their faces are plastered on.

In the end it doesn't really matter what the brand is, because it's all the same shit for the most part.

When it comes to supplements, it's best to ignore all marketing, branding, and sponsorship. Look at everything like it's a blank label with ingredients on it. Don't get hooked by things like sponsorships and "anti bullshit" marketing and just pick the best stuff for the best price.

Yup exactly. I didn't want to plug any particular site, but there are plenty selling 'white label' supplements. Just the pure ingredients...

Anyway most supps are a waste of time anyway. Just eat food and do AAS

Can someone school me on how much your body intake protein after workouts? Some say 20grams etc.. anymore would be a waste cause your body won't absorb it all or some shit.

If I eat a good amount of protein before workout, should I still drink a shake? What if I eat more after workout + shake?

Too many people telling me different shit.

15-25g of protein should be enough after a workout.

Protein should be taken throughout the day and still after a workout to help repair & build muscle.
The amount you need depends on your body and what you want from your workout.
