1) V10 F1 Cars (even thought a lot of the noise that we hear is the tranny)

2) SLR 722 (big V8 with SC, can't go wrong!)

3) HEMI 426ci 4bbl, from a 1969-1970 Charger

4) AMG "63" series motors

I like anything that puts out big horsepower... V8's... blowers... big turbos...

I especially like these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9z6v_oQSxc

I cannot FUCKING STAND Civics or any other 4-cylinder engine with those fart cannon exhausts that sounds like absolute shit.

Zonda F would have to be my favorite

Then a big single turbo 2jz with a titanium HKS exhaust

The new K20 engine sounds pretty mean when boosted and reving to 9500rpm

Hopefully my built engine will be one (high revving VG30DETT), but I've got to wait till she's done at the machinist.

As for what I've actually heard:

-M5/M6 V10 with any aftermarket exhaust
-SOME Honda 4-bangers, but only if they're built, and have a respectable exhaust
-Loud Blowers
-Grand National GNX's.

personally I think the RB26DET is the best sounding production engine with the 20b a close second (13B is also pretty damn nice)

One of my favourite sounds.. Probly because I own it. Love this exhaust, it's quite at idle and cruise but when you go wot it sounds very throaty. And the best thing of all that I like, doesn't look ricer.
