I almost bought a Cougar... glad I didn't though. They're basically the 3rd generation Probe, but Ford didn't get any Mazda involvement. So they're heavier and handle worse, and no smooth Mazda engine. No cool flipup headlights either. :(

The interiors on those cars kick ass though. ;)

i went with a friend of mine when he test drove one... felt pretty nice, lots of torque, but it felt like it ran out of breath up top. he drove my GS-R too and definately likes the teg better.

Got the morning off then i have mechanics this afternoon.....Lifes Great:)

i especially like the over-done body kit (because bigger is better), windshield banner with nothing written on it (because less visibility makes you go faster), single wiper conversion (because one wiper blade removes more water than two, not to mention the enormous weight savings of having only 1 wiper arm), headlight covers (again because less visibility is better), oversized shiny rims (because rotational mass from heavy rims is a myth and chrome reflects more light, since photons just slow you down). and i'm pretty sure that antenna adds a couple of horses too.

Wow. The ~15 hp he's added to that thing probably just counteract the extra weight and drag of all the crap he's put onto/into it.

u could do that with almost everyimport that is used for show. an apc civic comes to mind :rolleyes: but i think the couger looks cool. and there is no way that can be based off the marader. the marader is basicaly a thunder bird, combined with the jag made suspension off a crown victoria. the couger has nothing in common with it. but both cars are nice :D . i would drive either one.

the inports that are catching my eye, is the mazda 6, nissan 300Z, porsche 944, new rx7, and of course the honda s2k.
