dont say whats fast of slow unless you've actually been on a liter bike or been on a 600. i've had a chance to ride both a 1000cc bike and a 600 cc bike and a few others inbetween. and in particular i've ridden a 2001 GSXR 1000 & 600 on a "race track". so basically i got to see, without boundaries what each bike has. the 1000 was insanly power, third gear, full tuck, wide open the front end would come up at around 150.. i couldnt even begin to figure out where to use the power throughout the track. now the 600, all that 15,000 rpm of power was usable! a 600 will eat 99% of stock cars alive, with the exception of handful. i've seen stats and an r6 beats a mclaren f1 by like .5 seconds or something. anyways i dont even know why or what im writting, buy whatever you want. but your a moron if you think a 600 is a wussy bike. the ones that say that, usually end in the hospital when they start riding there 1000 within the first few weeks. |
in the future i'll probably end up with a 1000cc.. just because there is some more pep when im taking my girl out, but shes only like 105-110lbs anyways. 1000cc do have better gas mileage by like 1-2mpg more than a 600! anothe reason i didnt get a 1k is the insurance is INSANE.. for me alone to insure a 600 for 3 months is 738 with 10%.. |

Yeah, basically this is how it ended.. 600's are fast... 750's are a tad faster.. 1000's are retarded... end of story. *EDIT* I forgot about a 1300 Hayabusa which is just completely fucking out of this world.. |
well, my cold has somewhat subsided but it turned into a sinus infection.. $30 worth of perscription later the, "my head is going to explode" feeling turned into somewhat of a, "I feel well enough to powerbomb an 18 pack of deaners.. Time to giver. :D |
ahhhhh god the suspense is killing me.... The isuzu is still siiting up at Cody's house.. I'm driving a civic right now that it feels like i'm going to die in and it'll barely hold the speedlimit uphill... i need my car asap :( |

after 2 weeks, the clutch release shaft broke on my bug after having it repaired just 2 weeks ago and with very little driving since. friken bug has been in the shop longer than it has sitting in my driveway. well, i shouldn't complain too much. its a 35yr old car so things are bound to go, and its longest stint at the shop resulted from a VI. its just frustrating |
