here's random.. so driving down to van yesterday morning.. sketchy as hell on the connector with only ruts in the snow to identify a road surface, anyways get down between hope and chilliwack ,just driving along with my parents in their car right behind me and a pack of oh 8 cars all traveling the same speed
some plain white impala busts thru the traffic.. cuts off my parents behind me and turns on the red and blues... so he says were in a construction zone.. the construction is completed allready but i guess the signs were still partially up (some were covered in black bags) anyways.. he got me for going 115 in a 70 zone on the #1 hwy and then he's like "roll up your window" i do.. he starts picking away at my tint film...

anyways.. 176dollars for speeding, 103 for window tint...

every ticket i've ever fought i've won.. but i choose my tickets wisely. i've won 3-4 now... 3 in court and one icbc just threw out before court.

moral of the story:

you're an idiot.

youre lucky. that coulda been a $900 ticket. excessive + double for being in a construction zone. not to mention, driving unsafe for conditions, and a load of others he could have thrown in there too.

if you fight that ticket, karma will bight you in the ass and you will crash your car into a telephone pole this winter.

the area i got pulled over in was in chilliwack.. the snow ended all the way up in merritt, it was dry roads from merritt south.

and no i'm not going to fight it.. too far away.. and i have no case, i'm just going to pay it and continue on with life
