i pretty well check the weather every day and the weather network has a pattern. anything beyond 5 days, they always drop the temp and forcast shitty weather. always. middle of summer they forcast 15* and rain. middle of winter they forcast -30* and snow.

if you wanna go over the counter, try sleep aid. its basically benadryll. the component in benadryll, makes you drowsy. comes in 25mg and 50mg (extra strength). doesnt have side affects besides drowsyness which basically helps you sleep.

other than that, you can try herbal stuff like valerian root extract.

i would go for sleep aid though
