spoo i broke my knuckle a while ago, impact wound, probably the same as yours i'm assuming. don't put ice on it man, that only makes it worse in the long run. heat is better from what i've heard. get 'er checked out aswell. my hand is still fucked up, and i broke mine a good 4 months ago. i don't think it'll ever heal. good luck.

i busted my middle knuckle a year ago. it was pretty bad. it got shoved down and back so i basically had no knucle for like 4 months. its slowly working its way back to where it should be tho. the doctor at the hospital didnt set it when i went in. i wish he had.

put ice on it untill the swelling goes down, then start putting heat on it.

they say it takes 8 months for a bone to fully heal 100%.

Try to keep it away from bumping or smacking into anything as well. It'll swell right back up. I broke mine on my 20th bday... i got pissed off and drilled the garbage can out front a couple times. Very uncool the next day. I would accidentally hit it against soemthing and it would burn like mad and get all puffy within seconds
