Charcoal if I've got the time, propane if i'm a hurry.
This thread is great, I have two questions. When cooking a beef patty/steak which do you prefer, charcoal or propane? Next question, whenever I cook patties on a propane grill they always end up turning into a ballon and popping but staying in a deformed shape. And I think its on low heat to. What can I do to stop it? Posted via RS Mobile
Cook on high heat and make a indentation in the middle so the patty is a concave shape before you cook it. That way it won't balloon.
