He was referring to the comical kakashi filler in the anime, not the kakashi filler currently in the manga.
The stupid filler arc I believe was referring to that which involved Idate.

I thought that idate filler was dumb too. Totally messed with the power levels of naruto/sasuke. When they were fighting the dude with the sword, it looked totally stupid, like they just graduated from the academy.

im just loyal is all. I've been archiving with AA. I used to watch DB or AH and then delete and then re-dl with AA but i've been busy lately so i've just been watching and archiving AA.

I dont know if its anything special, but its just personal preference really.
