that is impossible.

firstly, obito gave kakashi his sharingan. if it was rin, it would be rin's eye which does not have sharingan. furthermore, obito would not have had the medical expertise to transplant rins eye into kakashi. not to mention how utterly stupid that would be...

second, the transformation technique would have been dispelled by the fact that there is huge fucking boulder crushing half of his body.
