Hey Russ,

Oh cool hope it's going smoothly?

After a month of my car sitting in the rain outside, my KO downpipe started to show some surface rust i was pretty choked. I hope i can get rid of it somehow without damaging the ceramic coating.

It's going! I'm almost done. It's in and running, I just want to go back and clean off the end of the stock exhaust because it's npt seating into the KO pipe, and put a gasket in as well.

I think that if there is rust on your KO pipe it's safe to say that the ceramic coating is gone. I know exactly what you are talking about because I have my old one here and it's the same way. There not much you can do unless you build some kind of skid plate to protect it from rocks, etc.

Thats the thing, its got little spots of rust on the top of the DP, near the o2 sensor, as well as the bottom flange

ARC intercooler eh? Nice car, I'll have a GT-Four coming this winter/spring - can't wait ! Also I love those OZ Cronos! Are they 16x8s?

Just spotted a white Canadian ST185 parked on Blanchard in Victoria. Had nice 5 spoke wheels and an aftermarket exhaust.

Anyone on here?

lol i havent seen a single st185 this whole time i've been in kelowna (since summer).. well kinda not true.. saw one in salmon arm when i went to get my hood lol
