just got back from an epic xmas tree hunt, me waydub and danny went up, mike was scared of snow i guess?
found some pallets for our lunchtime fire, the tonneau cover onm the truck means my poor jeep carried most of the days load on its roof, and i got stuck with the bbq and all the tools as well 
then we drove up past the potil bogs and i met some new friends. poor bastards looked cold, the truck read it at -15 celcius 
my heep rolling through the powder, nice and light stuff 
princess had to clear some trees from above, they were gonna scratch the paint... 
lastly tree hunt success!
then we had a fire, made hotdogs and relaxed

the adventure begins, up gillard this time. snow was deep as fawk, so chains happened before we needed em, my first time using chains, im sure glad we did it when we werent in 2 feet of snow 
we stopped after 3 k or so uphill to tighten dannys chains up and bit, and check the slack on mine. his chains look like they would eat mine for breakfast 
after we got off the main road and started finding the deep stuff, we came acros this guy, i didnt get the camera out in time, but it was tall like tree's and had a big claw thing on it. 
danny playing around 
we stopped here to start building our fire, cook our dogs. 
we had a hillclimb challenge, which i regret to admit the ford won buy about 8 inches. we both got nice and burried tho 
waylon drains some beer out, dont eat yellow snow kids 
pallet fire begins, and uhhhhh waylon has an Axe
shit 
after almost losing limbs and risking burns we had our fire

last weekends playing around in ze snow  
waylon pilots the heep

from today, i had a backup fail after we got to a point where we couldnt turn around, and then we had to fuck around for an hour to get out of the stuck. 
so we couldnt tow from the rear, and stock jeeps dont have front tow points, so we kinda had to make one... 
after we made our tow spot
