By the way, there are several quest items available without doing any sort of instances or even grouping that you can get that are better than what you have...which is all garbage.

To be entirely honest, if I somehow did I heroic and your DK was invited for some reason, I would kick you immediately.

There's a quest reward blue from a 5-man quest in Zul'Drak called De-Raged Waraxe that's a huge upgrade. Use Fallen Crusader...not cinderglacier on 2H weapons. You should read the talent descriptions more. You have Vicious Strikes and Outbreak...which are primarily talents for Scourge Strike...which you don't have without a deep unholy build. You also have garbage like regaining HP after killing a mob that gives you XP and the mount speed talent instead of awesome shit like Hysteria

Spend some money and buy yourself a Spiked Titansteel Helm and Boots...shows that you at least put a little effort into making your character useful.

dont spend much money on gear..
just get lots of blue gear from quest chains (and extra money at lvl80), or run normal dungeons for blue gear (make sure u wear ur tabards for rep), then start doing heroic nexus, uk, dtk, and all the easiest heroics

Get cheap blues itme since with blue and rep gear u can start doing easy heorics(UK , NEXUS, VH) SAVE badges and get vendor gear lol. If u want to always be in groups spec for tank(make sure u have at least around 25k 530 def raiting and around 15%parny and 20% dodge). When u want to start raiing have at least around 28k hp buff 540 def raiting and of coz more parny and dodge.

no offense but u really disgrace the dk's name...==...i think wat u can do is start learning about rotations on dks and how it's played and used, did u seriously level it urself to 80??...cuz im sure if u level to 80 in the verge u should have gotten some blue quest rewards...==, i rmb i was quite blue when i got to 80 from quest rwds plus 7x's instances...if ur unholy spec scourge strike is ur main dps, get a ss glyph too then just spam rotations over u should dps quite welll just by doing that, nth to hard...

Well, you have a choice to make, are you looking to PvP or PvE at end game? You could do both but you should focus on one area first.

Anyway, if you just take the time to read about your class, in the official wow class forums, or google up guides (Eg. DK gearing guide, or DK DPS/TANK guide) you could find alot of valuable resources and information to know how to gear and play your character more properly.

It will tell you all the blue quest rewards you can get solo, get those, then start looking into the instance drops and start running those. You can click on DPS/Tanking to only see gear for that type but it's really preference on what you want to gear up for. Just don't try to gear up for both. I'd say theres no point doing PvP a this point as you'd die in about 2 seconds from any class.

So yes, please look at this site, it will provide you with all the gear info you need.

The matter isn't that they stack or not (they do), it is because those talents only affect attacks (Scourge Strike) that you either do not have at all or are such a minimal DPS increase that they are a poor use of talent points. Plague Strike is merely to apply diseases, not a primary attack you should be using regularly.

It doesn't matter if you like your build or not. Fact of the matter is you are gimping your character and doing subpar DPS with a sub-optimal...actually, I won't even call it sub-optimal...with an absolutely terrible build that no one at 80 would ever use ever.

Fix you spec and learn the proper rotation (which is IT-PS-HS-HS-DS-RD-RD-DS-HS-HS-HS-RD-RD REPEAT for blood BTW) or don't be surprised if you get dropped from groups for doing less DPS than tanks. Anything less than 2k DPS and I usually kick people from groups.

The first quest to start the chain to unlock the oracle dailies starts at River's Heart with a human woman, she wants you to kill Pitch, the black lion that people were mentioning before. After that the "puppy men" quests open up (I can't remember what they're called atm).

How much is this character worth? I also have all epics from heorics, naxx 3 peice of T7.5 and some naxx25 gear for my Feral dps set as well.

Alos comes with a lvl 70 warlock and a lvl 70 druid with full PVP set.

Want to sell it or trade it for a lvl 80 port pally, port warrior or even a port DK =D

ALSO, I'm trying to reinstall the game via the Downloader from my account page, but keep getting the error "The file "Localization.xml" could not be loaded." I've checked the WoW Support forums and got shit all, tried everything they've said and still got nothing.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I wouldn't bother with trying to gear up as a DK tank with shit gear. You can get away with being shitty DPS far better than as a tank. I agree with Ronin though that no amount of gear is going to help out with that spec. Clone either of my specs or like they said, do some reading into the various talent specs and the required gear for them.

On a side note, those of you who seem to know account values, what do you figure mine is worth? Mix of naxx and ulduar tanking gear, 2pc t8.5 tanking as well (thank you Emalon). Twilight and Bronze Drakes, Deathcharger, Sea Turtle among 45 other mounts, lots of random stuff... Account also has a 71 rogue w/ s4, bt/mh/sunwell gear.
