every class is useful man. no matter what anyone says or what you read in the forums. every class has its use. it just depends on how you like to play. i like to "get in there" so im a warrior. i dont dish out the best damage but i can tank (with the right gear haha).

warlocks. i dont know. its really hard to compare unless you're comparing level 60's. i dont even wanna know how strong the warlocks infernals are.
