What spec do you have for your hunter right now?

The only class that has a chance of beating an uber shaman is a uber feral druid...or maybe a mage that can crit 4k on a fireball.

31 beast. it freaking owns. Pets got more HP and armor than me. and the DPS is just nasty

if ur 31 beast. u can take down a mage with no prob at all. When ur pets enraged it has 100% increase dmg and its immune to polly,fear etc. I have a rare cat from badlands. hes got a 1.00attack speed. 1.00attack speed+fenzy=0.7att speed. Wheres no way a mage can cast anything. except fireblast or arcane miss.

Yes if I was 31 beast. But sorry, I am a raiding hunter with end game content views.

And an uber hunter > uber shaman easily.

Hunters with 31 beast is rather worthless to a raid guild.

Err mages are all about burst damage. If mages polymorph you and start his combo, its practically over. I've beaten hunters with 31 beast easily if I have my iceblock up.

Mage is just unbalance haha. It's so fun since it's overpowered from start to end and Blizzard doesn't plan to nerf it at all.

When I come back I think I'm going to just keep levelling my 20 mage

Finkle's is too fast and has less top end damage. Pat Nagle's has 41 str. The staff is a better windfury weapon.

dont go fire if u plan to pvp. theres too much fire resist gears goin around right now

Fire mages barely hurt me but when they do hit, they can one-shot me.

Base Damage + 250 to fire spells + 175 (Talisman of Ephmeral Power0 + 275 (Hakkar Trinket) * 1.35 Arcane power = uber.

An ice mage in my guild with the Hakkar trinket and Talisman hit me for 2700 on a crit.

I'll be able to top him when I get the Talisman and Hakkar trinket. I critted a druid for 2073 with a regular lightning bolt with the beserk buff in AB.

yeah for mages definately finkle's isnt good.. but its one of the best for a PVE paladin paired with holy/ret hybrid spec and it makes for a good pvp weapon too heh

We are still having troubles getting firemaw down, but i'm sure we will do it this week.

pvp against shamans doesn't seem too bad as a shadow priest. I figure my kill ratio is about 5 kills per 3 deaths to a geared shaman.

EDIT: For us, when we do vael, he always gets our MT, then the two casters. then our next rotating MT, casters, MT then randoms.
