I still play my account, but rarely. It's easy to not "fall into addiction", you just have to occupy the rest of your time with other stuff. I probably play something like 6 hours a week right now.

nah i really only want a rogue. rogue and warriors baby. maybe a blood elf paladin... and rogue.

ive tried starting other classes. but i get so bored with them. rogues sneak sneak sneak. although it is cool to hide and stuff and pretend you're a ninja. it feels so wussy.

mana classes are like... i duno. harry potter. it's so lame. once you're outta mana you're dead. and they all wear dresses. pfft.

warriors for the ... lose. but they're fun. i dont care if i die. it's like fuckin allah ahkbar. i go in and do as much damage as i can. respawn and repeat.

Warrior = 2 - 3 shots by mage

mage= 1-2 shots by warrior (if we get close enough :()

don't worry, with my second wind, 30% to stun on hit, and my priest that follows me everywhere i go. i'll own all mages.

and my shield reflection.

but for real, warriors are SO fucking gear dependant. i got like 2 new peices of armor, a new weapon, and i've been seeing a HUGE difference.

if i charge, hit, MS, hamstring. sometimes i'm lucky and it's like a double crit and they're already ready to be executed, just they freeze me and blink away. but it's ok, they're suffering from deep wounds so they'll die anyways. then i trinket, (or wait till polymorph wears off), intercept, execute.

otherwise i have to get tricky and go into berserker stance and use pummel, whirlwind and all that extra stuff.

When I played my mage, I was in a mix of PvP gear and Tier 1's/Random epics. Had +358 dmg..Had no problems killing warriors. But you're always gunan get the occasion where a warrior rapes you.
Frost spec mage...frost nova...2 FB crits and Cone of cold crit, there ya go, dead warrior.

Wait till TBC comes out and your gear actually makes you worse off. LOL. Finally they fix Rage and give it normalization. Suckers.

You charge, hit, ms, hamstring me. I ice nova, blink, sheep. Ice barrier, Mana shield, sheep, bandage, frost nova, frost nova, you intercept, I blink, I frost bolt, frost bolt, fireblast, cone of cold and you are dead. Worst case scenario and is ill need to add in an extra ice nova, then blink then frost bolt.

you forget, i can dispel your first ice nova and intercept, bloodrage, hit, MS, and one more skill. rend or whatever i choose.

if im lucky and of those 2 normal hits and 2 MS's... if 2-3 of them were crits then you'd be dead.

duels are not accurate way to rate pvp.

usually i only target cloth wearers, and they're in combat already or just coming out of combat. or there are 5 guys pounding on me and someone keeps healing me. group work man!
new rend and deep wounds increases 4% all damage to target, hamstring, revenge stun, thunderclap. and let your teammates finish them off. warriors are just there to make everything go smoother and faster.

anyone have tips on how to make my shaman a tank? as in...what kind of attributes i should look for in armor, weapons to use, and where i should allocate my talent points?

he's currently level 36 so i can't wear mail just yet...but soon.

i dont know anything about shamans. but.. warriors tank a lot better.. haha

im not even tank spec and i can tank better than a shaman.

tank: obviously armor, stamina... and.. the ability to generate threat.
