went to FS and they have signs saying the dvd version comes out on the 22nd......on there list of upcoming releases....is there like a midnight release for it or somthing???

BTW the server is up, currently running a demo. Just look for "hardCOREware" in the game browser.
I'll upgrade to the full version ASAP.

Game was released today, but of course Canada is late on the action.
EB is getting it tomorrow morning and they "may" lower the price to match Future Shop's. If they do, I'll get it there. If not, I'll wait an extra day to save $11.40

I just came back from the Metro FS and the guy there said it'll be in tomorrow. Just show your pre-order and you'll get to choose whether you want the DVD or cd-rom version.

the full version runs so much better than the demo, i think they shouldve never released that demo at all. havent had a chance to play for too long though, calculus midterm tomorrow  | |

The full version has many bugs, including kicking you out of the data server after each game (so you have to sign in again, and find the server you played again, and wait for the map loading again, what a PITA!!!)
also the server search function sucks majorly. It does not tell you when the server serach and refershing is finished. And it takes forever to scroll through all servers because the scroll function only responds 5 seconds after you press it.
And the servers also has major lag. I played on a local server (with between 50-64 players with 40 ping and it felt more like 400.
The enemy AI in the single player is too good. I don't know how in the world can an enemy in the Flanker with no radar, can locate and kill me while I was inside a building away from the flag commending my own troop, or was the pilot was the enemy commender? who was flying while commending the satelite, artilitary and stuff? something only computer could do eh?
