vacuum is way low, like 10hg at cold idle and 15 max
it was 20 before easy, so i dont know whats changed
as far as i can tell theres no vacuum leaks, and trust me ive checked.
im gonna clean out the ISC with carb cleaner and see what happens...... then give it a few days to fix itself like a good supra

yae your ics is done get new one cleaning it will not really do any thing best to get new one for toyota there not that exp last time i changed mine i may have spare one but i will have to cheak i think rob may have one as well whe he did his motor swap

well after testign my isc vavle i think it is dead i swaped wiht my old one no click and it all cleaned upa nd crap i tested it i think it not workign right after testing it and stuff

kinda odd my isc is working now i get the clicking sound now oh well as long as it work i can care less

chnage the gasket on my cps caus eu it leaking a bit
