Don't get your hopes up, I was talking to a kid in chat and I can't remember all that much - he didn't really have any details... just said something about the chance of getting a supra that needed engine work for 1500 bucks.
No idea about the extent of motor damage but it may be worthwhile if it's just a headgasket problem.
I will probably try and get some more details if I can find the guy again. He took off before I could get his email adress or anything and he said he didn't know much about it.
Anyways, there's tons of cars like that floating around.... the hard part is trying to find one with a decent engine in it.

my rear spetion is all to getter my gas tank is gettgin painted today as well
today on the to do list is
finsh cam gear install and timing custom pins and spacer needed so might be done tommrow
finsh front spetion
and if i ma lucky i call one of you peep's to help me put the shit in and stuff

i put a peice of trim on my car, the paint from JB matches the car very nicely. now if i can get rid of the paint cracking problem, i can get the rest done. i have a new can of colormatched paint, so hopefully thats all i will need....
oh ya, anyone want a set of 235/45/17s? im probably going to get some different wheels with stock tires. the wheels are in good condition, so no refinishing required, then ill use my new 275s on the back, and the stock 255s moved onto the front (if they fit). if they dont fit, the set will be 2x 235s and 2x 255s

me buying wheels
wheels come with stock MKIV tires (235f, 255r)
if i buy them, ill put the 255s on the front, and my new 275s out back.
if the 255s rub, then ill put the 235s back on
then ill sell the 235s and 255s i have to someone as a set.

now that amkes alot more senc as for runing 255 up front your crazy man
hope it works but you might have to ajust your streeing and toe and such btu the best to you and you fatty tires

I want a mk2!!! If only I had somewhere to put them... I'm loving mk2s more and more every time I see one that isn't rusted to shit. Some girl I know just bought one, I'm gonna get her to trade me for a weekend so I can drive it around and see how I like it. They are cool cars!!

ya, i wish i had bought the MKII i saw a few years back. engine was in ok condition, but the body was mint. original paint, no rust at all, for $2500.
