doubt it, i have my major projects course this summer... looking for ideas, right now me and another guy are thinking about designing a very large clock for the school...

Why's everyone so worried about emissions there? haha
Just pay a shop off and run another car in place of it....Probably about 1/4 of the cars on the road here don't have legitimate e-tests...Hell, alot of them don't even have legitimate certifications

82 RX is exempt from emissions.
even if it isnt, they will usually exempt you by looking at the price of replacing all the cats from mazda (i think that is into the thousands).

the one thats in the for sale section. got some bday money and just got a $200 bursary, so im goin to buy a MIG. ill get the aluminum conversion kit later, so i can tack together aluminum parts...

But in relevant news, I am going to be doing some powdercoating in the engine bay soon. Most everything is going to be silver and black but I want to do some small parts a different colour for some accents. You guys have any suggestions?
So far the colours I have looked at suck so I am thinking just going something similar to the exterior colour.

The problem with doing anything the same color as the ext. color is it's the same color as your engine bay if I remember from the pic...
So it won't look right, I'd say do a chrome powdercoat on the intake manifolds + valve covers, maybe a couple other things....Then try gunmetal on others
The problem is burgandy is such a blatant color....So it's not like you can put blue in there lol
PS it fucking snowed here!! We have like 10-12cm on the ground, something like 500 accidents on the road yesterday...haha at least its going to be back up to 14 next week but still

PS I wish it would snow here!! I was all amped for snowboarding but now we are losing all our snow on the hill.

you cant use gunmetal, thats my color! try to find a color that matches the burgandy paint. that stuff on ebay may look nice when its powder, but the color may change a bit once its melted onto a part.

on another note, the "tailpipe" if you want to call it that, on the sprint, was draggin along the ground, it rusted through the super shitty weld... so i just kicked it until it broke off. the sprint is now louder, and i have a reason to buy a MIG
