'Dressed' Oysters, with Lemon Juice, Cucumber, Wasabi Tobiko, with a dash of sea water = delicious

The non-dressed kind. Equally as delicious!

If you're using Photoshop, if you save your image with "Save for Web" it deletes the EXIF. It makes the JPEG smaller.

N.V.M. 01-23-2011 09:22 AM

ok, thanks. i just added the Firefox plugin, pretty much useless for 1/2 the pics here.

Soundy 01-23-2011 09:55 AM

Facebook strips EXIF when you upload to it, so all the pics here that are hosted off FB won't have it either.

Does anyone know where I can find some aerial shots of BC Place and the city on the opening and closing nights of the 2010 Olympics?
I remember seeing it on tv with the whole city lit up and it looked awesome.
If someone could let me know it would be appreciated.

Yes, flickr blocks it for photos that are directly embeded/linked.
I have a plugin for Chrome called FittrFlickr. It shows the exif under the photo in flickr, and if it's a direct link to the photo, you can click a button and it takes you to the photo page its from.

Finally, my 580Ex II came in today!!! Did a shot of my brother...Gary Fong diffuser and all...the room was pitch black during the shot.

What do you guys think?

Senna4ever 01-23-2011 08:34 PM

Not bad. Did you use the Lightsphere? I'm quite impressed by the quality of light the Lightsphere gives.

Dangerphoto 01-23-2011 09:35 PM

^ Yes, I used the new collapsible lightsphere...I wonder how it does in a bigger room tho...I gotta bring it out of the house :spamarama:

m3thods 01-23-2011 11:23 PM

do you have a picture of the diffuser on your 580? I remember looking into the GF diffusers but couldn't justify the price and look/size, but was interested enough because of the good reviews. Now that it's collapsible I may take another look.

Dangerphoto 01-24-2011 01:04 AM

^ You can youtube it, GF has several videos on it.

I sold my first photo ever! So I decided to treat myself. I purchased a 50mm f1.8 :)
But I didn't know what to photograph. So I took a picture of my boring red pen.
