This lady at work today who's been here for 15 years called me this morning, she moved to a different workstation....called freaking out at me because we took away her Word and Excel. I told her she's on a new machine so she has a new profile on there, she says "well where do I find word and excel?!?!" I said you'll find it in the Start Menu under all Programs. "how do I find the start menu?" ...seriously. Your job involves using a computer for 95% of your day, give me a break. I wanted to ask her how she manages to get home every night.

haha it was great we had 2 at rmh
my fav day was telling this black lady she just deleted all her emails haahahaha AFTER I told her that we'd make sure they were saved
that was a 2 hr soup call, I got to listen too, and wow the language she was shitting out, it was made worse when Mike was defending me and said I was the best guy there

2 hockey games to watch + UFC Ultimate knockouts 1 through 4 on tv + 10 beer + 10 or so people over + video games = 1 broken window (accident) and I put a girl in the hospital with neck/back injuries (unrelated to the window accident) I fee like a piece of shit.
