I've had luck with them in the past, nothing has broken on me yet so I'll take my chances, the lifetime warranty doesn't hurt if it does.

hey now, I quite like Mastercraft... but that kit is a little small. They might be cheap, but considering you can buy 3x as many tools for the same price as SnapOn/Mac... its all good. Husky is also apparently pretty good, and newer craftsman stuff is junk.
