Looks like that asshole Ted is finally going to meet his wife. I hope it's Rachel Bilson. I know it won't be, but I want her to be, cause she's cute.

They renewed How I Met Your Mother for one more season, meaning Ted won't meet his wife for another year!

I'd like to see how they build up to the meeting of his wife. I can see the producers going one of two ways. It could be a long drawn out thing with the same girl that Ted ends up marrying. Or Ted might meet this chick in the final episodes and they magically run off into the sunset.

Isn't the wedding supposed to be the season finale? We all know he meets her at the wedding....

This show is such a disappointment. The writers are just far too focused on jokes and gimmicks, to give the characters any sort of depth. That's what made Friends so great. You could watch it for laughs, but there were a lot of touching moments as well. HIMYM has so few "real" moments. They are so one dimensional it's pathetic.

Because we waited 8 seasons for this shit, and every other girl that Ted's been with has been pretty or hot, and as another member mentioned she looks similar to Alyson Hannigan.
