for those who are located in HK/Asia, Blizzard has said that if you purchase the Southeast Asia version, you WILL be able to play on US servers "within" 60 days, on top of access to local servers.

when they are ready, you can install the US client to play on US servers.

I placed an ISPU at the Queensborough Bestbuy right after I wasn't able to pick up a Collectors Edition at the midnight launch and actually picked it up this afternoon. I also placed an ISPU at the Richmond Bestbuy, Richmond and Surrey Futureshop's just in case, but they all were canceled.
