Black chrome spray paint & Taillight tint spray?
 

The forum is my last resort, the a$$wipes at Lordco never pick up their phone and are always out of stock or dont have whatever I ask for, and Canadian Tire, is well..... Canadian fukkkin Tire.. so I'm askin you guys..
I'm looking for the 2 things listed in the title. I'm Black chroming my rear emblems and I want to spray the rear taillights with tint spray for a darker effect, all in order to match the rest of my car. Here's some helpful pics so you get the idea of what I'm trying to do.. thanks

you can get VHT nite shades taillight spray tint from MOPAC. like ~$9 a can

oh thanks for the heads up, I just called them @ their location in Langley, the other King George one shut down, so Langley is the only one left.... they got a lot in stock so I'm going over right now to pick it up... thanks for the heads up once again dude

I'm gonna do it tonight, and I'll post some pictures after I'm done... but if I get sh*t for it from cops, I'll just take it off... I'm doing the taillights because I already have overlays on my headlights (which are legal) so I need to even out the blackness of my ride in the rear too

trd-mr2, yea man I wish I knew where to get it in Vancouver... I hit the road @ 1pm today and got back from Langley around 3:30.... hate those farmland communities, all the streets lead to a farmhouse..

make sure you do light mist coat. heavy coat will make it run. 3 - 4 coats should be enough

anyone find any spray tint? i heard vht isnt allowed in canada anymore

mopac auto supply in langley is where I got mine, Lordco should have it as well I was just there last week and saw some

i called 3 lordcos in surrey area ,,1 of them said vht isnt allowed in canada...what lordco did u see it at? and how did your emblems turn out?

you didn't happen to be at queensborough landing over the weekend did you? (friday/saturday i think) cause i saw a impreza with those taillights that caught my attention.

if you want convenience, im pretty sure one of the car stores at metrotown have it.

I actually did BOTH my Emblems AND my Taillights with this spray. I went a lighter coat on the taillights not as heavy as some other guys go, but you can see it's there. And also if you really need the spray you can swing by my place I still have half a can leftover. It's been a few months, but I doubt there's an expiry date on that. I'm in Burnaby.
By the way TruenoSan, I know you work at Arbor I see your car there when I stop by did you do any of the work on my car the few times it was there ??

nice job on the tails! not overdone like some cars i see on the street.

how many coats did you spray on to the emblem? it looks so much darker than the one in the first post.
