Freakin' funny. I swear each time I wake up in the middle of the night and look at the alarm clock it is 4:44. I once even ignored the clock and waited a few minutes........ guess what? it was 4:44.
But I look at it this way 4x3 is 12. A good number. So is 8. Nothing bad really happens, but I can see it getting to some people. International hotels have no 13th floor or a 4th floor. There are other numbers from other cultures that are not used as well.
13 being the Christian one is a big one here. However, in the Sikh culture, 13 is a lucky number.
