So when I upgrade to the 5 they had that instant $50 off promo thing but it was that mail in card type thing I filled out at the Rogers store?
So I filled it out and the rep said "he will take care of it" now I got my bill with my HUP fee's etc and the $50 is not there? Is this Somthing I can talk to Retentions about and have it auto waived or did it rely on buddy sending it in for me and its applied when they get it? If you still havent gotten it, call in and bitch at them. I have gotten it on my second bill before.

Ok, Rogers plan of cutting all credits out and wearing us down with high dollar plans seems to work... I see tears of joy for $60 plans that three years ago we were laughing at.

got a call from Rogers "Renewal" department this morning, offering me a free upgrade with no upgrade fee/activation fee/etc if I sign for another 3 yrs... Funny thing is I just bought the Iphone 5 last night for cash outright, so I said no... She then offered me 100 Bonus minutes... I said I already have 100 bonus minutes on my plan, so she gave me another 100 lol... silly Rogers

I got 8 months left. Called for Note II and they said $229 waived admin fee (I thought bs but thanks anyways). Then asked for a better plan and they said it's already good. Idk how to tell them that it's not good enough cuz I know they can do better. Also renew contract or not is also an issue. First world problems.....
