Salar, your website host / server should be able to have an option where you can lock down hotlinking from your site... unfortunately it also means you can't hotlink your pictures should you want to, but at least it stops people like that one from stealing your stuff and having it cost you money in the meantime.

^ unless they download the picture from your server and put it on their server :( (if you didn't want them to use your picture that is rather than just using your bandwidth)
