I'm seriously thinking about "down grading" my Canon 500mm F4L V1 and selling it. Anyone?

but what will you take to photowalks?!

What's everyones mirrorless kits look like?

I'm about to order a 23mm f/1.4 and planning on also getting a 56mm f/1.2 in the future. Going to hold off on the X-T1 like Hehe suggested and possibly wait out the X-T2.

Also, I'll probably be trying to sell my 6D soon but unfortunately i've super glued the mode dial stuck on M when it came off... How much do you guys think I could get for it? Everything else is in great condition.

edit: ended up ordering this bundle: http://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-Filte.../dp/B00FY3YLYY lots of random stuff but same price as the lens with out it.

Also about to trade my X-E1 + Fuji 27mm + some cash for an X-T1.

Bump from the dead!
I 3D printed a grip for my R-D1s because the official one was so bloody expensive.

Looks amazing!

Did you do your own design? Or was it downloaded from somewhere? Also, how much did it cost to have it printed?

I am looking for a grip for my A7II, went through different options but didn't find anything I'm completely satisfied.

^^ Holy shit is that a 135 f1.4?

I designed in on my own based off of my Bessa and Zeiss grips. Scanned the bottom plate and went from there. I have my own printers and this design uses about 27g of material so about $0.81 and took 2 hours at high res.

I find the A7ii grip quite nice though. I just add the bottom part of my L plate to make it chunkier.

Hehe 08-14-2017 11:49 AM

Yeah, the Mitakon 135mm F1.4.

Holy crap the RD1S' grip looks so good.

The complaint I have with A7II grips, including the JB one I'm using is that they add too little to provide a better grip. All of them adds a few mm on the vertical (y-axis), but nothing on the X and Z axis.

RCubed 08-17-2017 05:21 PM

So I decided I needed a grip for my Canon P as well.
Flocked interior so it doesnt scratch the bottom plate, recessed tripod mounting screw so the camera can sit flush and added some leatherette on the grip again.

Everything all together. (with a CV21)
