You must have been on crack or something!

I went to Pho Tau Bay today. The food came out really quickly and there was a tonne of beef in their pho dac biet but Holy Jesus spare me a cow for the Hindus, there was jut way too much beef that made it suck balls! The broth was overall, pretty good, however the quality of noodles was t3h gay!

Super disappointed in this place!

Oh, I went to that Pho Tam place you Surrey folk keep on recommending. I went there today only because I had to go to the switch, otherwise, I'd probably never go.

Yes, it was pretty tasty! Broth was good, Noodles were excellent, meat servings were just right, lime, basil and diced jalepenos! Oh, and their coffee was awesome!

Thanks for the recommendation! Pho Tam gets my thumbs up of approval!

They need some hot dirty Nammer girls working there, though. Other than that, the joint was ghetto and the food was good. Doesn't get any better than that!

My pho stop in Los Angeles @ Pho 36 on Western Ave (K-town.)

Pho was good but it was loaded with MSG which made lost a lot of points. I like how they give you a side tray with bean sprouts, onions, chopped cilantro, and basil. Wasn't too bad but again, too much MSG.

Well, you are in a part of town where it's filled with korean restaurants and bars. I wouldn't expect good pho to be found there.

I've found pho to be pretty much the same throughout the Los Angeles and Orange counties.

Not sure what's the big deal with Pho Tam..

It is next to Surrey skytrain in a real sketchy neighbourhood.. the exterior strip mall is DTES filthy.

The Pho is more expensive compared with chains like Thai Son... not by much but say 1 buck in a 6 bucks meal is quite a bit.

The thing that really turns me off.. the chef/ cooks help other helpers to go outside and dump the garbage and walk back in and cook again as if nothing have happened!?

Yuck!

Their Bun Bo Hue is really good though, absolutely love it.

Since I live in Burnaby and don't like driving too far for food... Pho Hong is the place I frequent the most, any other suggestions would be great, girlfriend and I also like that late night Pho, but Pho Hoa is disgusting.

I quest for the best Bun Bo Hue though... and so far Pho Hong's delivers it quite well. HOwever when I FIRST Went there a good six months ago, they had near perfect Bun Bo Hue, the PERFECT texture of the noodles and PERFECT soup.

However two months ago that disappeared.

Now it's just average Pho...

I don't think that gross environment and good pho goes hand in hand.. Thai Son etc are pretty clean and good and yet they are chain restaurants.
