^^ I watched the movie "the kid with the bike" it wasn't epic. it was decent. I watched that when i saw it was rated really high back a few yrs ago for the foreign film.

A separation was stilll by far the better foreign film i've seen.

The impossible: it was decent. Watts did a great job. 8/10 I put this before zero dark 30.

Just finished watching Django and completely agree with you. I enjoyed Django way more than Inglorious Basterds

Total Recall (Remake) - 7/10 Good for just another 2012 action movie. The female leads definitely made it better.
Bourne Legacy - 7/10 Was decent, but I missed a bunch of big parts because I was explaining the backstory and what things meant to people who hadn't seen the first three.

Just got back from Gangster Squad. 8/10
It was very typical and the ending seemed kind of rushed imo, but a badass movie nonetheless. And Emma Stone..

Django Unchained - 8.5/10 . Entertaining flick but not as good as Inglorious Bastards and nowhere near Pulp Fiction. I keep hoping every Tarantino film is as good as PF, but I believe that bar is set too high...

This is 40 - 9/10 . Great movie overall, I laughed, wife cried. Highly recommended.

not all of these suggestions deal with space but they do share similarities you'll find you have to dig back into the 70s

Beyond the Black Rainbow, its a newer film where the director tries to mimic that genre of film (70s/80s sci fi) even sets the film in the 80s.. its definitely not for everyone... you may even want to be high when watching it i hear but i didnt find that necessary

it wasn't bad at all. great HK flick, the story was decent, NOTHING too cheese as in story line, the ending was decent, no crappy dialogue and stupid shit trying to be hip. my gf enjoyed it.

shit the beginning was slow, but decent when it got to the end, it wasn't epic but i was surprised the girl from the hunger games did a decent job. i can't seem to throw her off from her role in the hunger games but it still wasn't bad. she was decent, but not golden globe worthy. the story was ok. not bad.

Gangster Squad - 6.5/10 Meh. They should have casted someone else instead of Emma Stone, she looks 17.

you should watch Winter's Bone (first movie i saw her in she's excellent) that should take the hunger games impression out
