London Drugs is selling Rock&Republic jeans for $80.
I stopped by to take a look at them, it's no surprise they're going out of business. The design and quality is so low the only thing that makes them superior to a $15 pair of jeans from cosco is the R on the pocket.
But you don't get the full stacking on your raw denim from folding it.
I do maybe an inch at most just so they don't drag on the floor with my shoes on. If I have to sacrifice some stacking to keep my jeans intact so be it.

Rock and Republic was bankrupt then they got sold to VF corp who owns 7 For All Mankind and many other clothing brands. Now they are selling off all the old junk and will soon make some new designs.
Ones sold at Costco and London Drugs are mostly straight to discount pairs which are made in Mexico, Guatemala, etc. Buying S2D pairs is basicly paying for the brand not the quality.
I just saw that Ironheart has a limited edition 25oz selvedge denim. I was tempted to get a pair even though I have a 21oz pair, but after seeing the price, NO THANKS. 480 USD is too rich for my blood.
Selling a pair of N&F Skinny Guy's. Already made a post in the classifieds but I figure you guys don't check it out with all the R&R/TR etc BS that's on sale there
S5000VX 21oz
picture before the first watch. colours aren't very accurate in the picture. The blue is so much nicer in person. they really were hard to wear in :P
pics of post wash tomorrow when they dry I'll take pics out in sunlight for better colour (hoping its sunny tmr )

I need to head back down to SF to go denim shopping. Shitty variety up here.
N&F is actually nothing too great. Whoever thinks N&F is premium denim has much to learn.
Anyone heading down to the Bay Area, holla!
Naked and famous has decent quality construction and an interesting selection of denims at the price point, especially if you buy them second hand since they are readily available even in the rs classifieds. Of course if you compare them to Samuri they won't come out on top though. I have a couple excellent pairs of denim that were around $400, and a few budget pairs of n&f for running errands and things like that. Posted via RS Mobile
Good job on that pair, stacks look nice. How long before your first wash? I just washed my somets recently will wait for a nice day before posting pics.
Anybody have progress pics of weird guys in indigo selvedge? I want some motivation to get my fades
Now I wish I got deep indigo instead Posted via RS Mobile
Thanks guys. I've soaked them maybe 4 times, but this is the first wash. I think its probably got like a year of wear or more on it. Cant really say because I wear them on and off. I've had them for about 2 and a half years and they're still going strong! 21oz
