Paintballgear.ca prices seem to be alot higher then other local shops... Has anyone had troubles with them price matching gear?

toyobaru 04-23-2008 09:29 AM

no pgc honors their price match option, but if u buy in store and ask for a price match they charge 15% for shipping and duties etc. pgc is actually cheaper than other paintball stores like PBL in burnaby and surrey. plus people at pgc are friendlier

quasi 04-23-2008 12:28 PM

Have to check it out, I ordered some pants, gloves ect... today but I wanted to buy a marker and mask local.

I got these although not from there, I'll be playing mainly woodball.

I checked some online sites and paintballgear.ca and canadianpaintball.ca seem to have the cheapest prices. The good thing about paintball is that the store is local and you can pick it up without having to pay shipping fees. Canadianpaintball.ca doesn't have a local shop so you're stuck with paying $15 shipping fee :o

Badlands has a local store in Vancouver but their prices were way overpriced compared to the two stores listed above.

They might not be the cheapest price for everything but overall I found most of their prices to be one of the best in Canada.

but yea like i said in the post before this one, the only shop ive ever got good service and respect from was the one paintballgear.ca

Plus field owners.
Bunch of cocky fucks.

If you go almost once a week, it's more $$ efficient to just buy your own gun. Even just an entry level gun like a tippmann 98 custom. Economically efficient + better performance too (if we're comparing to you using rentals).

You can also get it on ebay for ~$100. I got mine for ~$120.

I'd be in depending on which day and where you guys play. I'm a hardcore noob though so I'll probably get my ass handed to me by you guys and your speedball guns
