Find someone that is not on your network otherwise you can't really check. But it should be working so dont worry.

Anyone else having SMS problems on 3G 3.0? When replying to sms thats outside your area code. ie. i'm 604 but replying to someone that just sent me an sms from a 778. Apparently iphone adds a 1 in front of the number during reply. Messes it up. grrr.

winterboard, lockscreen info, custom grupple theme + clockhide

Ok its a little messy for the nontechnical but it does close to wat intelliscreen does without all the memory hog, nasty look, crashes and $$$

my gf's phone starts with a 778. Every since 3.0 came out and i jailbroke, she can send me text messages but when I reply it always fails. None of us that have iphones can send texts to her but others can WTF? :cry:

found a buddy on Fido to test.

it works. redsn0w + Ultrasn0w = jailbroken and unlocked iphone 3G with 3.0 firmware:thumbsup:

Yeah. It's a problem. There's 2 workarounds.. 1 delete the entire convo then start a new SMS to her... OR.. delete the last message you received from her then try resending it and it will work. Pain in the ass but nothing we can do till mabe firmware 3.1 release.

Just tried this this morning.. Very nice. Looks so much better than having just lock calendar installed.

have you worked out how to add/change plugins?
I have no clue with the codes

I dont use the iphone default mail cuz it doesnt support hotmail...i have not clue how to add mBox as a plugin on the lockscreen

its a program that lets you download cracked apps. search youtube for 3g 3.0 jailbreak, the dudes that make the videos always have links to the files saved in the descriptions..

update: I bought 2 - 3rd party AV output cable a while back from Deal extreme (SKU's 14393 and 20278 ). the first one did not work, the second worked with 2.2.1 firmware.

after updating to 3.0 it also died.

in the DX forums i found a hack that allows the cables BOTH to be used by using a program called WinSCP to change the permissions of a file on the phone to "755" (some Unix OS mumbo-jumbo)
there is a file to download and replace on your phone too called "IAPW"

does this work? I brought the cable too from DX and it has never work for me on any firmware from 2.0 to 2.2 and i didn't bother trying with 3.0

woudl be great if it works have you tried it out?

and OMFGWTFBBQ it works! can't get youtube to tv out though but its all gd. I didn't watch 7$ after all.

Now to figure out how to bypass the handbrake sensor on my infiniti so i can watch stuff on the god...
